Marketing tip of the day to help you sell more in 2015!

Are you between a rock and a hard place when it comes to charging other people for your products or services online?

Well, please do not be upset, because you’re not alone…At one point in my life a few years back, for a brief time I also was.
Here’s what helped me to overcome that obstacle very QUICKLY  (thanks to a few good marekting mentors of mine):
Think of charging someone more like a gateway. A gateway that people are required to go through in order to take what it is you are selling much more seriously. Serious enough for them to actually take action and purchase it.
When we get something for free as opposed to having to pay for it, the majority of the time, we treat what we paid for with much more respect. Also, we put forth an honest effort in making the time needed to go through the product and educate ourselves as opposed to getting something for free in which we may just take for granted and toss it aside and “get to it when we feel like getting it - which may be never”…if you know what I mean.
If you feel confident about what you’re selling, then you know without a shadow of a doubt it will help your customers If they utilize it like you have done so.
With that being said, I believe in over delivering - giving more substance so others see and experience the value and can benefit from what I have to offer in some way. It's been one of the keys to my continued success online.  What you need to do is to visualize the price of your product as a drop of water in a vast ocean, but the value that your customers are getting is the ocean itself.
This will help you to feel good about the fact it’s absolutely okay to charge for your product or service.  Afterall, time is money.   Also realize if your vision is to continue serving and bringing continued value to others in this industry, you need the funds that you earn to continue providing more (your time, research and development, costs, business expenditures, and everything else associated with running a successful business).
Remember this my friends, money is simply an exchange of value.
Just continue to provide more value to earn more money this year and beyond.
I do hope that this was helpful insight into your persepctive for 2015.
Have an incredible week ahead!
